UCASLAR; with its in-house research and development activities has increased its production to the most efficient level by finding the best formula for the drawing and design of the manufactured materials and assembly techniques. Within UCASLAR manufacturing, we are constantly developing and improving new parts made from only the highest quality materials and manufactured according to UCASLAR approved quality policies.
As UCASLAR; we sell quality spare parts for Caterpillar®, Komatsu® and OEM products. We take quality seriously; that's why we've been implementing a multi-stage process called the UCASLAR process control system for the last 5 years to ensure maximum reliability while guaranteeing proper compliance. This process follows a four-stage path.
In the first stage, we make sure that our original sample or all part drawings reflect the specifications required to properly manufacture the products in question. We ensure that our products enter a control line from the start, including special processes such as Machining, welding and heat treatment. After our R&D Engineers approve our own drawings, we start sample production.
In the second stage, the samples reach our Quality Laboratory. They pass a variety of tests including material compatibility, dimensional testing, hardness, surface finish, CMM dimensional inspection and more. At this stage, we ensure not only part quality, also the ability to diversify production.
In the third stage, it takes shape at the point of receiving orders. Our R&D Engineers inspect all first batches to ensure quality and specifications are consistent and meet requirements. After the approval of the quality department, the products; each time it is transported, it is inspected for quality and component integrity by packaging, labeling and stocking officers.
The fourth and final stage is to deliver quality products that you, our valued customers!
