Depending on the sizes and budget for serial manufacturing, The Ucaslar Forged Products are either hammer-, press-, hot- or precision forged. Through these forging processes, the grain flows of the steel are altered, conforming to the shape of the part and therefore resulting in a generally stronger and more reliable steel. The Ucaslar Forge Suppliers are all quality approved for either or both of the following:

These CAD/CAM Programs set the foundation for all Engineering and Product-related Studies and set-ups. The Ucaslar Forging Suppliers are therefore also enabled to identify, control and prevent any possible design and quality related problems that may occur in the tooling paths in advance of the machining process.
